1. I want to make payment by Credit card but don't want to register paypal account, is that OK?
Yes, sure, it's OK. You can just choose to pay by Visa,Master Card payment, then you will get the link after you make order.click it and there will be a webpage for you to enter your credit card information.
If anybody used Paypal in your computer before, you need to clean all the cache of your browser, then can pay by Credit card successfully.

2. I have credited balance from my previous order how can I use it in my new order?
When place an order, the system will Subtract your balance automatic.

3.why credit card payment so hard pay through sometime?
Yes.because it pay on internet.somtime if you internet not work good.will lost some info.then will not pay through.then need you pay again.but please contact us after you pay.then we will check out its through or not.
and if your bank lock you card.will not pay through too.then you need to contact them to unlock it.then will be working.
